01 Dec >> NEWS UPDATE: NYC business leaders group hires Jaffe Management
New York City-based Jaffe Management, an association management company with a staff dedicated to the professional association/nonprofit field, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the New York City Health Business Leaders (NYCHBL) network to manage its day-to-day operations. Beginning Dec. 1, 2015, Jaffe Management will be the primary point of contact for membership questions and general inquiries, an invaluable service that many of Jaffe’s clients feel frees up time for their board members to handle more challenging issues. NYCHBL brings together the best minds to discuss important issues and spur healthcare innovation. By making connections between leading executives, entrepreneurs and physicians – true innovators who have the desire and experience to help big ideas take shape – NYCHBL works toward building a cross-sector healthcare ecosystem in NYC.
Jaffe Management is accredited by the AMC Institute and helps its clients by utilizing economies of scale with shared staff, office space and overhead costs. The day-to-day tasks of administration, event planning and bookkeeping are managed by in-house staff so that organizational leaders are free to focus on their long-term membership, programming, financial and governance goals. Jaffe has experience running associations and nonprofits from a range of industries – from healthcare and finance to engineering and IT – and provides a full suite of services that are customized to each organization. Jaffe’s other healthcare-aligned clients include the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry; the Eating Disorders Coalition for Research, Policy, and Action; the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations; the New York State Podiatric Medical Association; and the Residential Eating Disorders Consortium.
