David Jaffe, CAE

Principal


David Jaffe, CAE, launched Jaffe Management in 2007 and has served as Principal since its inception. Jaffe is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Jaffe Management and has led the company’s growth from a small startup to an established firm headquartered in New York City.

Prior to founding the company, he served as the Executive Director of the International Association of Financial Engineers, and he served as Director of Communications for the Senior Executives Association.

Jaffe received his bachelor’s in Economics from Georgetown University, a certificate in Public Relations from the University of Virginia, and he holds the CAE (Certified Association Executive) credential. He previously served on the Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center Board of Directors and was a mentor and team leader for Streetwise Partners, a nonprofit that provides mentoring and career coaching to adults in job transitions. He lives in Greenwich Village and when he is not at home exploring restaurants is a frequent traveler, with recent trips to Argentina, India, Croatia, Bosnia and Myanmar (Burma).

Jenna Ayala

Association Manager


Jenna Ayala is an Association Manager with Jaffe Management. She is the Executive Director of the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry and Chapter Administrator for the National Association of Corporate Directors New York Chapter. In this role she supports the Board of Directors, plans and implements events and maintains membership accounts. Prior to this role, she spent five years as the Director of Administrative Services at a professional testing company in their association management division. She has also served as the Executive Director of the American Board of Spine Surgery, as Assistant Executive Director for multiple other nonprofit associations and has worked on the finance side of commercial real estate with CB Richard Ellis.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Bryant University with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. She holds a Certificate of Credentialing Specialist from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) and serves as a volunteer on their International Committee. Jenna is also a member of ASAE and NYSAE.

Said Bakr

Assistant Account Executive

Said Bakr joined IntrinXec in October 2019 and works as an assistant account executive for MMPA, AAML, MIMA, ISM, FCIA, CSI, APSNA, and Cornet Global. He graduated in the summer of 2019 from Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in Political Science. He said the most important thing he learned while studying political science was to always question the status quo. Said is a Palestinian from Lebanon. He lived back and forth between Abu Dhabi and Syria before moving to Minnesota in 2012 to live with his uncle.

• He has 44 first cousins! His large family lives all over the world – Abu Dhabi, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Georgia, Malaysia, Ukraine, and the United States. He uses social media to keep in touch with everyone!
• His favorite Netflix series are “Friends” and “The Office.”
• He has a dog, Electra, and she is a 6-year-old Doberman and German Shepherd mix.


Jessica Bartram

Senior Account Executive

Jess grew up around associations, conferences and board meetings and feels right at home in the nonprofit world. Her parents started an association management company when she was 9 years old and took her with them as they traveled for client conventions, board meetings and retreats. She learned early what the industry was about and what it took to be in it … all while enjoying the free trips around the globe at such a young age.


As she got older, her breadth of experience grew as well. While most of you enjoyed your after-school specials, she was filing membership applications and typing renewal notices … on a typewriter. She has since worked in areas such as marketing, business development, membership services, meeting management and the executive director role. Her particular passion revolves around events, specifically conventions. The more sessions, the more speakers, the more attendees and the more exhibitors, the more amped up she gets. Do you remember Tasmanian Devil? That’s her at her happiest. She even makes those same sounds from time to time.


Since her time as a peanut in the industry, she has worked for three association management companies and the nation’s largest event general services contractor, Freeman, as an account manager. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at a local college in their Meeting and Event Management AAS program.


Jess received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification in 2013 which is recognized globally as the badge of excellence in the meeting, convention, exhibition and event industry. Given her passion, that day was more exciting for her than the day she graduated from college. After being a cheerleading captain in high school, there isn’t much that Jessica feels she can’t accomplish with hard work, practice, and of course, the right team. She’s still trying to teach her IntrinXec teammates some cheers. Catch her in the right mood and she might just show you!


Briana Belbeck

Program Associate


Briana Belbeck serves as a Program Associate at Jaffe Management. She assists in the planning and execution of events, maintains membership databases, addresses members concerns and communication, manages clients’ websites, and works closely with Boards of Directors for four clients. She previously served as the Honors Living-Learning Community Admissions Assistant for the Rutgers-Newark Admissions Office. There, she assisted with outreach and event coordination for on-campus recruitment, and managed the student ambassadors within the office. Briana also served for two years as a former Team Leader and Corps Member with AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps - FEMA, having assisted multiple states in disaster response including, New Jersey communities damaged by Hurricane Sandy. During her two years she volunteered in local communities, managed seven teams and attended fourteen recruitment events speaking to future AmeriCorps members. Briana has a Bachelor’s degree in Public and Non-Profit Administration with a double minor in Global Politics and Fine Arts from Rutgers University - Newark. During her free time Briana likes to explore New Jersey and New York, spend time with friends, visit local beaches and visit family and friends in her home state of Michigan.

Reece Blaiser

Graphic Designer

Reece joined IntrinXec in June 2014 and it has only taken him 4 years to finally write this bio. He went to school for multimedia and game design at the University of Wisconsin Stout. He is an award-winning artist, if you count his senior game design project going to E3 and winning the first-ever college game competition, which he does.


Outside of work it is no surprise that Reece is a big geek. He enjoys movies and all things gaming. He is a self-proclaimed bingeaholic and enjoys using his friends’ accounts to watch all the new shows. He has a love of food and travel and in general new experiences help fuel his creativity.

Adrienne Bryant, CAE

Account Executive

Adrienne joined the IntrinXec team as a the program manager for CXPA. A Rising Star in the association industry (and we aren’t using that term lightly – she received the “Rising Star” award from the Florida Society of Association Executives!) Adrienne is passionate about the customer experience and lifelong learning. She considers these the five strengths that drive her professional life and her personal life:

Jessica Burgus

Controller

According to her four younger brothers and sisters, “controller” is a very appropriate title for Jessica.Her time outside of the office includes being a mother of two teenage girls and a surrogate mother to a large handful of nieces and nephews. This helps make sense of her two favorite past times – pounding nails (building stuff) and drinking wine. Or … she might be trying to escape her nerdy, trumpet-playing, blonde afro self of the late eighties …


Jess has held a number of finance positions, at companies such as Enterprise and ev3, that have contributed to her current success. Through challenges, and some failures, she has learned how to be a leader and build trust with everyone she meets.

Rasmikant Doshi

Membership Services Associate and Bookkeeper


Rashmikant Doshi serves as the Membership Services Associate and Bookkeeper for the New York State Podiatric Medical Association. Prior to joining Jaffe Management, Rashmikant served as an accountant and office manager for a variety of companies where he successfully executed global wire transfers, banking, insurances, loans, and payroll processing. In addition, he has a proven track record of A/R, A/P and banking, has generated CPA and yearend report. Rashmikant also has a proven track record of outstanding customer service, and enjoys communicating with clients and staff. He holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University, and certificates in accounting from Pace University.

Lauren Duncan

Program Associate


Lauren serves as a Program Associate at Jaffe Management where she works for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA-NY) and Women in Development (WiD), New York. In this role, she maintains client websites, manages membership, and facilitates the coordination of client events. Prior to joining the Jaffe staff Lauren volunteered with several non-profit organizations, coordinating fundraising events. Lauren has worked with a variety of non-profit community service organizations including the Lions club international, Health Start Foundation, American Cancer Society, and the ASPCA.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s of Science and Arts degree in Neuroscience, as well as a minor in Health care Professions from the University of Texas at Austin. Though she grew up a “military brat”, she calls both Hawaii and Texas her “second” homes. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, running, sewing, and most notably--going to brunch with friends.

Jordan Grote

Account Executive

Jordan joined IntrinXec in March of 2015. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Marketing in 2011, and moved with his then-girlfriend, Mary, to Washington, D.C. It turned out to be the right decision – they are now happily married, and living back home in Minnesota.


In his spare time, Jordan enjoys hanging out with his wife and their dog, Maddie. They have 13 nieces and nephews, and enjoy spending time with them all on a regular basis. He and his father are Gopher Men’s Basketball season ticket holders, and enjoy going to all the games. Jordan fancies himself a bit of a comedian, though others may not always agree.

Georgia Hodge

Bookkeeper


Georgia Hodge has more than thirteen years of bookkeeping experience, working in both private and nonprofit environments. She has served as the Bookkeeper for Jaffe Management since 2007. Her accounting role is all-inclusive and wide-ranging, from handling deposits and preparing vendor payments, to account analyses and reconciliations, to preparing financial statements for Board Meetings. Georgia also works with external auditors, and is responsible for preparing the annual Form 990 for various clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehman College of The City University of New York. She has perpetual credits for successfully passing the CPA examination.

Nancy Huddleston

Communication Coordinator

Nancy joined IntrinXec in February 2016. She is a life-long communications professional who has worked as an editor, reporter, and photographer in the newspaper industry, for a public radio corporation, as a freelance writer, and at a large Catholic church.


She moved to Minnesota in 1993 with her husband Mike and their two sons when he transitioned from the U.S. Army to the Minnesota Army National Guard. As an Army wife, Nancy has had the opportunity to put her communications skills to work in many different locations, including Michigan, North Carolina, Alabama, South Korea, Hawaii, and Minnesota. She is also a published author of “Images of America – Savage,” which is one of a series of community history books published by Arcadia Publishing. Her book focuses on the city of Savage, Minn., which was made famous by Dan Patch, a pacer who set the record for the fastest mile by a harness horse (1:55) in 1906 at the Minnesota State Fair.


Nancy is a native of Kalamazoo, Mich., and graduated with cum laude honors from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication and journalism. She and her husband Mike have two married sons and six grandchildren. They are both involved in several community organizations in their hometown of Burnsville, Minn., primarily with the Burnsville Beyond the Yellow Ribbon (BTYR) organization. They are also Eucharistic Ministers at Mary, Mother of the Church.


In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, heading up North to lend her assistance to the process of finishing the family cabin, and practicing yoga.

Derik Iverson

Community Manager

Derik is very excited to work with CXPA as the Membership Community Manager. His focus will be on providing services, connections and resources to Local Networking Groups and CCXP candidates and designees. His background is in customer service, retail management, and marketing communications, where he has honed his passion for building strong, connected communities. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Acting from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and when he’s not at his desk, he loves to be involved in his current city’s theatre scene both onstage and off.

- Very connected to his Nordic roots and has thousands of pages of classic Nordic recipes that he loves to cook.

Steve Kalina

Executive Director - MPMA

Steve Kalina is a new member of the Intrinxec team, as the executive director of MPMA. Steve has been in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years, and involved in MPMA during that time. He was most recently the president of a local medical device manufacturer. He is excited to work with MPMA, an organization that has been a strong part of his career development.


Steve also spent 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves with two combat tours. However, he has found it to be more challenging, and sometimes more dangerous, raising his amazing three kids with his wife and dogs in Andover. He and his wife also enjoy downhill skiing, and marathon running, which happens to be where they met. Steve also had three horses for a period of time, but after being kicked in the head at least twice that he recalls, he hung up the reigns for another day.

Dan Kline

Association Manager


Dan Kline serves as an Association Manager for Jaffe Management where he manages the New York State Podiatric Medical Association as their Executive Director. Dan has 30 years of experience in health system leadership including strategic planning, marketing, policy and advocacy, physician relations and joint ventures and hospital management in academic medical centers and Catholic health care systems in Nebraska, Delaware and northern New Jersey. Dan’s most recent position was as a Vice President with St. Josephs Healthcare System in Paterson and Wayne New Jersey from 2007 thru 2017. During that time he was the Site Executive for St. Josephs Wayne Hospital and also held organizational responsibility for marketing, public relations, and the physician joint ventures. Dan also served on the New Jersey Healthcare Association Policy Committee during his tenure with St. Josephs.  He also has extensive non profit governance experience with credit unions, health, human and social service and housing agencies. Dan is board certified in health care leadership and administration through the American College of Healthcare Executives and is active in its local chapter, Health Leaders of New York. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, where he was born and a Masters of Science in Health Services Management and Public Health and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. Dan is active in the leadership of the Alumni Board of the Health Informatics Program at the University of Missouri. In his spare time Dan loves to explore NYC and the surrounding area, is an avid hiker, traveler and recently became a certified mixologist.

Blia Lee

Blia joined the IntrinXec team as the Assistant Account Executive for CXPA. Blia supports the CXPA in numerous ways including CCXP candidate support and services as well as assisting staff with various in-house projects. Her background in Management and Office Administration has given her the skills to successfully execute any task given. She is a strong individual who majored in Business Management with a minor in Project Management. Her passion for managing projects and accomplishing them makes her a perfect match with CXPA.

Shelly Losinski

Senior Account Executive

Shelly is a strategic leader who is customer and member focused with successful progressive management experience in: operations, strategic collaboration, business-process improvements, event planning, communication and employee development. She is effective in developing committed teams to meet and exceed business goals and outcomes with integrity. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Shelly spent 20 years working in the nonprofit industry.


As a native of Wausau, Wisc., Shelly is a “cheese head” at heart. She is a die-hard Green Bay Packers football fan who can both “dish it out” and “take it” from the Minnesotans in the office. She also loves cheering for the Minnesota Wild. When she’s not working, Shelly enjoys both watching and attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Sonia Lunn

Program Associate


Sonia serves as a Program Associate at Jaffe Management, working primarily with the New York State Podiatric Medical Association (NYSPMA). She fields member inquires and requests, handles membership communications, processes membership applications, manages the client’s website and database, and likes to use her background in visual arts to help design promotional materials.

Sonia grew up in the Washington D.C. area and earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Studio Art at the College of William & Mary in Virginia. Her previous experience includes working as an ambassador for the Peace Corps, conflict-resolution/educational research in Bosnia & Herzegovina, adult ESL teaching for local immigrant communities, and other nonprofit work focusing on the themes of human trafficking, national security and rights/opportunities for members of the disabled community.

Sonia is loving the hustle and bustle of New York City after moving from a small colonial town but is also always on the lookout for weekend opportunities to escape the city and explore the wilderness surrounding NYC.

MacKenzie McCullum

Office Administrator

MacKenzie is excited to be joining the IntrinXec team as their Administrative Assistant / Client Associate. She’s previously worked in arts management for non-profits throughout the state of Minnesota, including Patron Services Manager for Yellow Tree Theater in Osseo and Theater & Events Manager for Zeitgeist Arts in Duluth. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from University of Minnesota-Duluth, and continues to be active in the theater community through stage management, writing, and directing. She currently writes for Take It With You, a live radio theater show based in Duluth, MN.

Mark Mercado

Bookkeeper


Mark Mercado serves as a bookkeeper for Jaffe Management. His background includes diversified aspects in financial analysis, budgets, computerized accounting, audits and staff management, and he has operational experience in the banking, retail and healthcare sectors. Mark has in-depth knowledge of financial systems, cost controls, restructuring and integration, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, audits and compliance. He holds a certificate in Computerized Accounting and attended both Borough of Manhattan Community College and Savannah State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Along with his career accomplishments, Mark is also a very proud veteran of the United States Army and New Jersey National Guard.

Greg Melia, CAE

Chief Executive Officer, CXPA

Greg Melia, CAE, is CXPA’s chief executive officer. Greg works with the CXPA Board of Directors to ensure the health of CXPA’s culture, strengthen its position as the trusted source for all things CX, and leads the CXPA staff to support the vibrant, growing world-wide CXPA community. Greg is a Certified Association Executive, with 20 years of association management experience.

Quick Facts About Greg:
- He was Drum Major of the largest drum corps in the United States.
- He is especially proud of having taught his daughters, when they were toddlers, the concept of equifinality.
- Every January, he and his wife host a Burns Night party complete with tastings and poetry.
- He was named a “Young and Aspiring Association Executive” by Association Trends in 2009.

Mary Pat Nielson

Account Executive

Mary Pat McGlynn managed membership operations, meetings and events and communications for professional associations for nearly eight years, prior to joining the IntrinXec team in 2013. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Mary Pat brings her passion for effective communication and attention to detail to her work with her clients. A consummate professional, Mary Pat enjoys managing the details and organization that go into successful event management. At the same time, she is able to see the big picture and how the details affect the overall growth of associations. Her perspective brings fresh ideas and is rooted in a calm approach to challenges as they arise.


Mary Pat hails from Cleveland, Ohio but has made Minneapolis her home. She enjoys Bikram Yoga, playing basketball and watching Cleveland based sports teams. She enjoys sampling local charcuterie and wine with her husband, Brant

Joya Nuruddin

Association Manager


Joya Nuruddin serves as an Association Manager for Jaffe Management. In this role, she plans and executes events, maintains membership databases, seeks out and creates media partnerships with other organizations, works closely with Boards of Directors and manages clients’ websites.

Prior to her current role, she spent four years working as the Director of Operations for an international ecommerce company; two years were spent in Alberta, Canada, working closely with the company’s CEO and executive leadership, and two were spent in South Asia scouting real estate locations and developing the company’s regional offices and department stores as an executive. In these roles, Nuruddin supervised and managed a variety of multifaceted processes of the company, including purchasing, sales, client services and reviews of operational efficiency. Nuruddin earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Mary Patterson, CAE

Association Manager


Mary Patterson, CAE, serves as the Executive Director for the International Facility Management Association's New York City Chapter and the American College of Cardiology's New York State Chapter. She previously served as Vice President of External Affairs and Community Relations for the Greater Pensacola Chamber, one of the oldest business associations in the country.

Patterson holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, the highest professional credential in the association industry. She also holds dual master's degrees - in Leadership in Nonprofit Administration & Public Service and in Strategic Communications & Leadership - from the University of West Florida, and she holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of North Florida with a minor in Latin-American Studies.

Patterson has served on boards for the Florida Public Relations Association, the American Advertising Federation and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a technology-focused business incubator, and she is an ex-officio member of the NYACC and NYCS boards. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the New York Society of Association Executives (NYSAE).

Molly Perrin

Community Manager

Molly is happy to join CXPA as a Membership Community Manager. Originally from and currently residing in the Minneapolis area, she has a degree in Psychology from Beloit College in Wisconsin. She comes from a non-profit background, and most recently spent time managing communications for a local professional association. She is passionate about process improvement and effectively communicating messages to members.

- She and her husband have an 85-pound Rottweiler puppy and two black cats.
- During a semester abroad in Denmark, she visited 12 European countries (Italy is her favorite).
- The comedian Louie Anderson showed up to her wedding!

Nora Saari

Event Planner


Nora Saari serves as an Event Planner at Jaffe Management and works for the New York State Podiatric Medical Association and the Public Relations of America, New York Chapter. She previously served as the Executive Director of Dance Marathon at the University of Michigan, the largest student-run non-profit organization in the state. There, she oversaw all aspects of the organization, led an executive team of 28 individuals, and assisted the execution of events and fundraisers, including the 30-hour Dance Marathon. She is also a Teach for America Alumna, having taught High School Mathematics in the South Louisiana region. There, she was also responsible for executing major school events, including the school's Commencement Exercises. Nora holds a B.S. in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys viewing sporting events, attending theater productions, singing and traveling.

Lori Sales Cutler

Association & Membership Manager


Lori Sales Cutler serves as an Association & Membership Manager for Jaffe Management and is the Membership Director for the New York State Podiatric Medical Association. Prior to joining Jaffe Management, Sales Cutler worked as a Project Manager in the advertising, brand and marketing industry for top-line global agencies, including JWT, BBDO, DDB, DraftFCB, Interbrand and Digitas. During this time, she led large-scale, multi-platform marketing and advertising initiatives in digital, print, television and radio for such clients as Ad Council, McDonald’s, Victoria’s Secret, JetBlue, Proctor & Gamble, American Express, State Farm, Unilever, Diageo and Nikon. 

Sales Cutler holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Humboldt State University and a Certificate in Principles of Market Research from the University of Georgia. 

Outside of work, Sales Cutler enjoys traveling abroad, roaming art galleries, and watching films, plays and live music. Sales Cutler is an active volunteer with animal rescue organizations and adult literacy programs.

Dani SanMarco

Corporate Relations Manager


Dani SanMarco, CEM, serves as Corporate Relations Manager for Jaffe Management and assists with the annual New York Podiatric Clinical Conference and Exhibition, which draws more than 3,000 attendees and 250 exhibitors to Midtown Manhattan every January. In this role, she manages the exhibit operations and sales of the annual four-day medical exposition. With more than 20 years of responsibility and experience in the meetings and events industry, Dani's passions are conventions and tradeshows. In her most recent position, Dani managed the meetings, conventions and speaker programs for a pharmaceutical company.


Earlier in her career, she led the global exhibit operations portfolio for the world's largest technology research corporation and managed corporate relations for the largest global risk-management association. Dani is passionate about events and is an active member in the industry. She believes in giving back to the community and industry through volunteering, creating standards of excellence and raising the bar of professionalism. Dani is a Certified Event Manager (CEM) and is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo. She is a mother of two, and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking and being outdoors with her family. Dani is also a sponsored endurance athlete and is training for her second Ironman.

Karleen Schmidt

Meeting & Events Planner

Karleen joined IntrinXec in January 2017 as an administrative assistant/meetings and events assistant. Her passion is to take the everyday challenge of planning and create a fun atmosphere by having and sharing new ideas and discovering different events and clients. She works hard to provide complete customer service and finds satisfaction in seeing the fabulous end result and making the client smile.

Karleen worked in the event planning industry as a corporate planner for 25+ years and for a new adventure, has worked in Health Care Management and Care for the last few years. She really missed the professional/meeting industry and it feels great to be back and part of a great team of professionals at IntrinXec.


As for her education, career highlights and achievements those include: Corporate planning, Travel Academy, CMP designation, management, caregiving and being a mom.


A big part of Karleen’s life is that she loves to help people and do things for people. She also likes to experience new things, loves to read, cook, travel and entertain.

Severyn Skoug

Creative Director

Step right up and meet Severyn Skoug. He is the creative director in charge of IntrinXec’s award winning creative department. During the daily 9 – 5 work day, well make that more like 7 to whenever (because yes, he is a morning person), you will find him running the creative department. What does that entail you may ask? Well it involves working with a team of talented professionals to create and distribute; advertising, branding, event collateral, marketing materials, messaging, promotional items, websites, you name it. He and his team are go-getters, working to better the image and presence of each and every client IntrinXec serves.


In his past “lives” he has worked in pre-press and production, digital printing, graphic design, web design and art direction. Throughout his career he has learned that hard work and dedication go a long way. To do better, is to be better both personally and professionally. One of his favorite quotes is, “Greatness is earned, never awarded.”


Now that we got the “boring” part out of the way, you might be wondering what he does in his free time. Well you can find him doing anything from enjoying wine to wrangling goats on he and his husband’s farm in Wisconsin. He loves to tour local wineries and breweries in the Mid-West and travel to new places. He also likes to go to shows, read books, watch TV (one of his favorite being “Game of Thrones”) and movies, catch a baseball game, relax on the couch or outside on the deck – when it is nice, of course.

Gabe Smith, CCXP

Content Manager - CXPA


Prior to joining the CXPA, Gabe Smith spent 11 years with the American Cancer Society, where he led customer experience improvement initiatives for a variety of signature fundraising events. One of Gabe's daily goals as a CX leader was to find at least one piece of great content to spur discussion among his team members and to drive action that made things better for customers. He brings that same sensibility to his work as Content Manager, where he creates and curates the kind of content that he would want to find as a practitioner.

In addition to the CCXP credential, Gabe holds a Bachelor's in English from the University of Northern Iowa as well as a teaching certification.

When he's not at work, you might see Gabe on the stage or hear him on the radio, as he loves acting in plays and recording voice spots. He loves to explore, whether that's something as majestic as Macchu Picchu or just that new diner down the road from his home in northwest Ohio. Above all, though, his favorite hobby is playing with his daughter Mae and spending time with his wife, Mindy.

Catarina Strømberg

Program Associate


Catarina Strømberg serves as Program Associate for Jaffe Management, where her focus is on the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) New York, the New York Cardiologial Society and the New York Chapter of the ACC. With a broad background of professional experiences that encompass marketing, administration and event coordination, her previous clientele included leading global multinational corporations, such as DIAGEO and PepsiCo. Having launched her career in the healthcare sector, Catarina has always been driven by a desire to help improve the lives of others and to facilitate progress. Prior to joining the Jaffe team, she served as Account Executive and Project Manager for the international NGO Save the Children.


She holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Bimolecular Science from Central Connecticut University and is an alumna of The Quadrille, a NYC-based organization in partnership with the Institute of International Education in New York, Fulbright, Germany and Columbia University. A native of Lund, Sweden, Catarina is trilingual in English, Swedish and Norwegian and has a working proficiency in French. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is an accomplished classical ballet dancer and enjoys spending time with her terrier, Jasper.

Leah Sweet

Senior Account Executive

Prior to joining IntrinXec in 2015, Leah spent 20 years serving nonprofit sectors of Colorado, Arizona and Minnesota in executive leadership, program development and management, health education and legislative policy. Nearly all of her work, including serving as a board member and volunteer herself, has involved volunteer management and engagement.


Leah began her career as a full-time VIDA Volunteer in rural Colorado. Although she does not volunteer as frequently as she would like, Leah sometimes sneaks away from the office to volunteer at her sons’ school and pitches in on nonprofit events and projects whenever possible. A life-long joiner, Leah loves managing membership groups and is a member of many organizations herself, including the Associations North, the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE), the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Minnesota Public Radio, Minnesota Distance Running Association, the Seward Coop, the YMCA, the Science Museum of Minnesota and of course, her local library.


Leah graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of St. Benedict and she received her Master of Arts from St. Mary’s University in Human Development with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management. She has a certificate in Association Management from ASAE, has completed the FSAE Qualified Association Specialist program.

Pauline Tannos

Program Associate


Pauline Tannos serves as a Program Associate at Jaffe Management. She handles the planning and execution of events, manages content for client websites, administers membership and certification databases, and addresses members’ concerns and questions. She previously worked in the hospitality industry, specializing in external affairs, and was in charge of branding and communications strategies for a country club. She has also served as a Public Arts Coordinator in Urbana, Illinois, where she oversaw all aspects of the City’s cultural initiatives. Having worked for government, for nonprofits and for a tech startup, Pauline brings to Jaffe Management a wide range of experiences, including in marketing, data management and event planning. She received her master’s degree in Arts Administration from Columbia University in 2014. In her free time, Pauline enjoys traveling, cooking and playing music.

Allison Warheit

Conference Manager


Allison Warheit serves as a Conference Manager for Jaffe Management and assists with the annual New York Podiatric Clinical Conference and Exhibition, which draws more than 3,000 attendees and 250 exhibitors to Midtown Manhattan every January. In this role, she manages the continuing education contact hours (CECH) credit process and works with Board leadership to create a seamless onsite experience for attendees.

Prior to joining Jaffe Management, Allison was a Special Events and Projects Coordinator where she designed and maintained a convention website, established and implemented a convention programming committee, designed room setups for event spaces, and conducted surveys and tabulations of results for new member events, in addition to a variety of other responsibilities. In her free time, Allison loves spending time outdoors especially at the beach, hanging out with her nieces and exploring places she has not been before. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Montclair State University.

Joy Wedge

Marketing Manager - CXPA


Joy joins CXPA as a Marketing Manager who genuinely enjoys creating and implementing action plans. She received a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University. Joy likes to explore solutions to marketing challenges in creative ways. She proudly utilizes her educational background and work experience to achieve goals. Overall, Joy strives to be a role model in her workplace, community, and family.
