Amanda Sullivan – Association Manager

About This Project

Amanda is excited to join the team at Jaffe after serving as the Events & Communications Manager for CFA Society Minnesota for seven and a half years. Prior to her work with CFA Society Minnesota she worked in the Adult Training department for Girl Scouts. Her passion for serving, connecting and collaborating stems from an early age, and she considers herself a serial volunteer. These volunteer and work experiences have drawn her into a career with common threads of nonprofit and association management work.

When Amanda isn’t busy working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her 3-year-old twins, Izzy and Isaiah, traveling and taking excursions with her husband (and sometimes the kiddos), and doing anything creative. She has recently become a podcast enthusiast as it’s a great source of entertainment on her daily commute.

Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Drake University in 2004 and her master’s degree in nonprofit management from Hamline University in 2011. Because Amanda considers herself a life-long learner she has taken advantage of professional development through University of St. Thomas, earning a Certificate in Fundraising (2013) as well as the Certified Professional Project Manager designation (2019).
