Sonja L. Gustafson – Program Associate

Sonja L. Gustafson, M.M. has held prominent management and operational roles in non-profit member associations for the past 18 years.  With degrees in music and education, she has worked with elected officers and volunteers in a variety of organizations.  One main focus is her interest in procedures and processes, as these are at the core of how members interact with each other in an organization, and how an organization carries out its mission.  Establishing clear expectations and member education are two of the goals she strives to reach through her work.

Sonja also currently serves as a church organist and choir accompanist.  In her spare time, she loves to crochet and knit, as well as watch movies and write – both prose and music.
