Jillian Bauer – Program Associate

Jillian joined Jaffe Management in February 2023 as a Program Associate for American Delirium Society, National Association of Bar Executives, Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York, and the IIDA New England Chapter.

Jillian graduated from the University of Wisconsin Green with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Prior to joining the Jaffe team, Jillian spent five years as a Kindergarten teacher before transitioning careers. Most recently Jillian worked as an Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant where she honed her skills in event and meeting coordination, project management, and communications.

Outside of work, Jillian enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, baking, and playing volleyball!
