Sandy Fader – Program Associate

Sandy Fader serves as a Program Associate at Jaffe Management, and her nearly two decades of experience in association management spans various practice areas, including event planning, educational standards, process/procedure enhancements, and member services. She oversees multiple large events annually, including educational conferences, which includes nurturing partnerships with sponsors and exhibitors. Sandy’s expertise includes budget preparation and maintenance, vendor negotiations, meticulous logistical coordination, and playing a crucial role in facilitating Committee and Board meetings. Outside of her professional endeavors, Sandy finds solace and enjoyment at the beach, where she cherishes moments boating, swimming and unwinding with her husband, two children and friends. She also enjoys exercising, crafting and reading.
