Michelle Rinken – Controller

Michelle joined Jaffe in 2021 and was excited to transition into working with nonprofits. She serves as Jaffe’s Financial Controller for the Minnesota office and brings over 20 years of accounting and reporting experience with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Michelle enjoys building collaborative relationships, employing her creative problem-solving skills and focusing on business process improvements.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant. As the daughter of two teachers, Michelle is also passionate about learning and development. Some of her favorite volunteer experiences include: AWANA Cubbies, eMentoring, Reading Buddies, Jr. Achievement and Big Brothers Big Sisters. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
