Society for Human Resources Management of New York (NYCSHRM) has designated Jaffe Management as its association management company. NYCSHRM is a state chapter of National SHRM, which – at 300,000+ members – is the preeminent New York City professional human resources association. It is at the forefront of connecting and advancing practitioners, businesses, educators, students, and related providers and in serving its members and the community by connecting, learning and growing. Jaffe Management, a 15-year-old association management firm with offices in New York, New Jersey and Minnesota, manages clients around the country.
For the majority of its clients, Jaffe replaces the need for traditional administrative offices and paid staff members by handling the day-to-day administrative responsibilities “behind the scenes,” working with Board Members to ensure that their time is being used as efficiently as possible and by absorbing much of their overhead costs. Jaffe Management provides supplemental, specialized staff to allow existing leadership to focus on areas that require their expertise and is able to support every facet of an association’s needs, including membership, event planning and office management.
