Courtney Kirkeeng, Association Manager

About This Project

Courtney Kirkeeng brings a unique blend of nonprofit experience, operational leadership, partnership development, and logistics expertise to her role as an Association Manager at Jaffe Management. With a strong background in supporting mission-driven programs and building community relationships, she is committed to delivering exceptional member and stakeholder experiences.

Courtney also serves in several leadership roles within broader Minnesota community, including Vice Chair of the Robbinsdale Human Rights Commission, Membership Director of the Minnesota Artists Guild, and Board Member of the Robbinsdale Chamber of Commerce. In 2025, she was nominated by The Coven for their Radical Leadership Awards in recognition of her community impact.

Before joining Jaffe Management, Courtney worked in partnership development, supporting inclusive entrepreneurship programs, funder matchmaking, and community partnerships. Her background in client experience operations, logistics management, and program coordination strengthened her skills in process improvement, collaboration, and delivering high-quality member and client experiences. She also brings a creative foundation from her early career in music business, radio, and event production, which fuels her connection-driven approach and innovative problem-solving style.

Outside of work, Courtney recently discovered a love of cycling and logged over 1,100 miles on the Twin Cities trail systems this past summer. She also enjoys cooking, exploring local restaurants, supporting the arts, and staying involved in community initiatives throughout the region.
