Kim Koep – Program Associate

Kim joined the Jaffe Management team in September 2023 as a Program Associate. She has over 30 years of experience within the corporate business structure, including roles in project management, customer service and system configuration. Kim treasures time spent with her family, friends, and three adult children. She has a strong passion for travel—whether it’s a scenic drive through the countryside or a seven-hour flight to a far-off destination. An avid lover of the outdoors, she enjoys activities like kayaking, pickleball and fishing. Always curious and open to new experiences, Kim looks forward to where each adventure will lead, the people she’ll meet, and the memories she’ll create along the way.
