Nadia Vaca Díez – Program Assistant

Nadia Vaca Díez is a Program Assistant with Jaffe Management, supporting Women in Development (WID) and the Structural Engineers Association of New York (SEAoNY). She brings more than eight years of experience across finance and marketing, with a professional background spanning the manufacturing and telecommunications industries. Throughout her career, she has held roles across finance, marketing, and product strategy, combining financial insight with a business-focused approach to support strategic decision-making and growth.

Nadia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami, with a double major in Finance and Management, and holds a postgraduate certificate in Customer Experience. Based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, she spent four years living and studying in Miami, Florida and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Nadia enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. One of five siblings, she especially enjoys spending time with her four nephews and her two dogs, Laia and Boris.
