Rachel Celis, Senior Program Associate

Rachel works at Jaffe Management as a Senior Program associated where she helps with membership management, as well as preparation and execution of events and conferences. Rachel is an experienced event management professional with a strong background in nonprofit development, operations, and community engagement. With more than seven years of experience working with mission-driven organizations, she has successfully managed large-scale fundraising initiatives. Most recently, Rachel served as Development Manager for the American Lung Association, where she oversaw multiple high-profile fundraising events in Charlotte. Her career has also included roles in healthcare practice management and nonprofit operations, giving her a unique blend of organizational leadership, financial insight, and community-focused program development. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, with a focus on event management, from the University of South Carolina. Outside of her professional work, Rachel is a proud mom of two young children and enjoys traveling, swimming, and exploring cultural foods.
