Taulant Tmava – Bookkeeper

Taulant joined Jaffe’s finance team with a decade of experience in audit, finance, and financial management. He spent five years in audit at Deloitte and Ernst & Young in Kosovo, gaining extensive expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and risk assessment. Following that, he transitioned to the U.S. market, where he has spent the past five years specializing in financial strategy, revenue management, and property accounting.

Outside of work, Taulant enjoys staying active—whether it’s running, playing football, or spending time outdoors. He’s also passionate about travel and exploring new places with his family. His ideal day starts with a morning run and ends with quality time with his kids.
