Isabella Papini – Program Assistant

Isabella Papini joined Jaffe Management in July 2024 as a Program Assistant, where she currently provides support for NABE – The Association for Bar Professionals, the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA), and the Minnesota Gift Planning Association (MGPA).

Before joining Jaffe Management, Isabella worked for nearly six years as a Compliance Administrative Assistant at EDP, the first Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project in El Salvador and northern Central America, supplying more than 30% of El Salvador’s energy demand. During her time there, she gained extensive experience across various aspects of the organization, refining her skills in event and training coordination, compliance-related matters—including screenings and due diligence—and the development of policies and procedures.

She studied International Business and Management Studies at Stenden University in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. Born and raised in El Salvador, Isabella continues to reside there today. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, going out with friends for drinks or coffee, and traveling to new destinations. She also has a passion for hosting gatherings and exploring creative hobbies such as floral arrangements, interior design, and, most recently, pottery.
