Margarita Gross Brown – Program Associate

Margarita Gross Brown serves as a Program Associate at Jaffe Management. She is a professional with a background in economics, management, and marketing, with experience in real estate development, branding, and project coordination on large-scale mixed-use and residential projects. She has supported strategy, communications, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

She earned her degree in Economics and Management in Milan, Italy, and further expanded her international experience through an exchange program in Melbourne, Australia. Born and raised in Paraguay, Margarita brings a strong understanding of cross-cultural environments and works comfortably in international settings. She is fluent in Spanish and English and is based in El Salvador.

Outside of work, Margarita enjoys traveling, playing padel, and spending time with friends. She also has a strong interest in architecture, cities, and culture, and enjoys drawing inspiration from everyday experiences.
